Organically grown beneath the red Cabernet grapes in the vineyard, this bouncy white wine has pretty lime blossom aromas and notes of ginger, pineapple and toast. 24% of the wine is barrel fermented, so it's very much on the oaky, toasty end of the Vermentino spectrum, but it's a fun alternative to Chardonnay. (90 Points).
