Lovely layers of cocoa, cassis, black cherry and madrone scrub intermingle on the nose and on the palate with this estate-grown mountain Cabernet that's really starting to come together and harmonize. It wants for a bit of acid, and the alcohol sticks out a bit on the nose, but the Napa mountain profile is spot on, and the fine but substantial tannins should bode well for another 7 years in the cellar. This is amazing and I like it's taste too. I tried other wines but napa valley cabernet sauvignon is best.
