Joe and Tracy's estate is best known for Chardonnay and Pinot Noir, but this is a very stylish Sauvignon Blanc that proves that spending a few extra bucks can sometimes get you a really exceptional wine. It's fermented in stainless steel and matured in neutral oak, leaving it fresh and concentrated with deep lime blossom, lime zest, melon, jasmine and kiwi notes that finish long and juicy. 917 cases produced.
